SUMMARY
Are you looking for someone who is a seasoned professional in
manufacturing. Someone with six sigma experience to reduce variation and
lean experience to reduce waste in manufacturing processes. Someone with
experience as a Production Supervision, as well as a Manufacturing and
Quality Engineer. Someone who is a mentor and coach who helps people
realize their true potential. Someone who is not a manager but a hands on
leader with the ability to build a team capable of reducing waste and
increasing productivity. Then I am worth considering for this position.
PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS
. Led several productivity teams at Motorola using lean
manufacturing tools and six sigma project management skills.
. Managed a worldwide wire bonder programming process development
team of over 40 people at Motorola. The result was a 72%
decrease in labor and a 36% reduction in equipment downtime at
the wire bond process.
. Led a wire bond yield enhancement team at Motorola of 23
technicians and production operators to reduce cost and improve
productivity. The result was an increase in the process yield
from 95.6% up to 99.2% and a reduction in labor that resulted
in a cost reduction of 32%.
. Led a fine pitch wire bond worldwide development and
implementation team of 18 engineers and technicians. Leveraged
engineering resources from wire bond material, tooling, and
equipment suppliers to increase wire bond placement capability
from 1.05 Cpk to 1.89 Cpk for 76-micron wire pitch devices.
