Accounts Receivable

Setup and maintain accounts with credit terms, business relations,

daily invoicing, bank deposits, collection actions and exemption forms.

Accounts Payable

Setup and maintain accounts, purchasing, create purchase orders,

contact vendors, approve/code vendor invoices, review invoices,

process checks, wire transfer and ACH payments.

Human Resources

Perform recruitment, orientations, training, policy/procedure

handbooks, compensations, benefits, reviews, and employee relations.

Office Management

Ensuring a safe & secure environment, maintaining all

office/phone/computer equipment, operations, building/property/workers

compensation insurance, office supplies, Right to Know/OSHA training

and greeting guests.
