Administrative Assistant

Assist the company President with other administrative duties in a fast-

Responsible for answering customer service calls for this public

utility company and responding to customer questions related to billing

questions and complaints, starting and ending electric or water

service, etc. Prepared reports relating to social services payments on

a bi-weekly basis. Tracking of electric customers with health related

problems and their physicians' notices. Tracking of dual water meter

accounts and preparing the end of the season statements. Regular phone
