Instruct, supervise and evaluate the performance of groups of up to 20
employees. Distribute manpower and prioritize workloads. Manage the
driver-training program and certification records for 100 personnel.
Driving force behind the operation and maintenance of the Multiple Launch
Rocket System (MLS) - a highly-automated rocket launcher mounted on a
Bradley chassis with a fire control system that integrates vehicle and
rocket-launching operations. Lead and instruct the reconnaissance team in
combat operations. Strategically plan fire missions, conduct risk
assessments, establish safety parameters, and supervise crewmembers during
austere fire mission processing and ammunition reload operations.
Orchestrate organizational maintenance on section vehicles.

specialties to improvise comprehensive strategic plans and coordinate multi-
faceted operations. Authored and delivered status briefs to executive-

and leading effectively. Maintained a MLRS and associated equipment valued
in excess of $2.5M. Spearheaded the inspection and upload of ammunition,
selected final firing points and ensured calibrations of the launcher
system. Also managed a number of programs as the unit Master Driver,
Barracks Manager, Medical Readiness Officer and Non-Combatant Evacuation
Officer.
