systems, desktops, and peripherals. This includes the installing,

equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. Troubleshooting
problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and providing end user
training and assistance where also required. Once preexisting issues are
resolved a detailed record of all services performed is created and all
damaged or malfunctioning parts are packaged and returned. However, first I
had to obtain certifications on all makes and models of Dell computers and
laptops. This ranged from dimension desktops, optiplexs, latitudes and
inspirions just to name a few.

Quality Inspector: PDI (Dynamics): Duties included inspecting the Hyundai
Sonata and Sante Fe main operations such as gears, acceleration, brakes,
window functions, door locks, lights, etc. Inspection the underbody of the
vehicles to ensure that all bolts, nuts, and cables were present and torque
were also duties performed as well. Furthermore, all defects had to be
properly recorded to ensure that the vehicles received the proper repairs.
Body Department (BC Line 1&2): Duties included inspecting the base metal
foundation of the Sonata and Sante Fe for defects such as highs, lows,
dents, mis-welds, missing components and unevenly measured gaps and flush.
Paint Department (Moist Sand): Duties included inspecting the base metal
foundation of the Sonata and Sante Fe for sand after the first layer of
prime coating had been applied.
