Pillar to Post Professional Home Inspections - Atlanta, Georgia

Responsibilities: Being an owner of a major home inspection franchise I was
very busy ensuring that my franchise was successful. Daily work entailed
home inspection and reports, bookkeeping and scheduling. As a home
inspector constant " cold calling " and marketing were taking place to
obtain business. I am an extremely hard worker and enjoy challenges. I

Hardin Construction Company - Atlanta, Georgia
1999-2002
Responsibilities: Worked as a Superintendent at Bell South Advertising
and Publications Headquarters in Atlanta, Ga. This project consisted of
300,000-sq. ft. of office space and parking deck. Served as site
superintendent on a multi-year Nortel communications office building at
their Raleigh, NC Campus. This project entailed construction of three new
buildings, four stories each at 38,000-sq. ft. plus the total renovation of
200,000-sq. ft. of existing offices while their work force occupied the
building. This project was ranked 2nd in the $50-99 MM building range by
the ABC Excellence in Construction Award.
These projects required: Coordination of sub contractors; scheduling
building inspectors and being responsive to their comments. Working with
architects and engineers reviewing plans and schedules. Added
responsibilities included: overseeing Hardin laborers to utilize their time
effectively and developing an architectural punch list for completion of
the project.
Project management included: Daily sub contractor and site progress
reports, documenting on Prolog, ordering supplies/material internationally,
enforcing safety programs and working with closeout documents.
Bunkoff General Contractors, Inc. - Albany, NY
1997-1999
Responsibilities: Worked as Superintendent overseeing the simultaneous
construction of two hotels in Winston Salem, NC. Daily responsibilities
included: coordination and supervision of subcontractors; coordinating
building inspectors; meeting with project engineers, architects, OSHA and
lender representatives. Daily project reports included site progress
photos and journals. Total involvement encompassed ground breaking, onsite
management, supply/equipment ordering, architectural punch list and
completion of project.
