Five month assignment to provide one on one career counseling for displaced
executives, facilitate career management workshops and seminars, assist
with layoff notifications at enterprise level corporations for world's
largest outplacement firm. Implemented and conducted a Career Center for
the closing of Macy's Florida Headquarters for 600 employees.

with little or no Human Resources function in place. Consult with clients

Head of Human Resources (870 employees/Medicare Parts B and D Supplier)
Provided multiple site leadership for HR department tasked with the start-
up of a 500 seat call center within a 3 month time frame, while supporting
existing 200 seat center in a different location.
Managed an HR staff of 14, in multiple locations; accomplishments
include development of successful processes and procedures necessary
to recruit, hire, in-process, train and accurately pay 600 new
employees and 200 temps hired within 4 months.
Successfully implemented recruiting strategies to decrease use of temp
agencies by 50 percent thereby improving the quality of new hires
while greatly increasing savings in recruitment costs
Completed revamping and design of employee benefit plans (able to
recommend cost savings of almost $500k).
