-Human Resources- I was involved in administration, employment, recruitment, compensation, benefit programs,

determine safety compliance identifying unsafe conditions and/or unsafe work practices, Conducted weekly safety

training, including plant wide hygiene studies for air contaminates, hearing conservation program requirements. I

Helped Developed policies/procedures manuals (Job Safety Analysis).

-Safety Health & Environmental - Responsibilities include the management and administration of safety and health

programs, supervision of hazardous waste operations i.e. collection sites and disposal. Compliances with State and

Federal permit requirements, EPA standards/regulations. Coordinated chemical inventory for Sara Tier 11 report.

Coordinated and assisted in AIB audits.

Quality Tech: Provided quality customer satisfaction, Managed complaints to ensure customer satisfaction in the

Quavar System, Tested all products to make sure they were in specification.
