January 2008 to Oct 2008- Finish goods buyer, also manage outsource
vendors. Up date price changes, make sure that all orders are on time. Work
with vendors to keep me updated on each order. Update system with any
changes also assembled book on where to get information in the system.
Reason for leaving: Husbands plant closed moved to AL.
Siegel-Robert, Inc South Plant - Ripley TN
January 2007 - December 2007-Scheduling assistant, responsible for schedule
all paint and molding production.
Customer services for Ford.
Quality control doing dock audits on all out going products.
Reason for leaving: Plant closed.
Mac Gregor Plumbing & Heating - Harbor Springs MI
March 2006 - December 2006 - Crib assistant, responsible for filling job
orders, cycle counting, purchasing all stock and special orders for jobs
and over the counter sales.
Achievements: I started the cycle count program also made change for the
buying of product by requesting that pricing is always including and that
we get confirmation of purchase orders. Started working on creating part
numbers for stock items and reorganizing crib.
Reason for leaving: Husbands plant closed we had to move to TN.

shipping and receiving personnel also for one warehouse person that pulls
all jobs for the assembly area.
My duties also include keeping track of all inventories with in the plant,
cycle counting, rectifying any discrepancies. Working with customer
services to insure that shipping is done on time and correctly. Daily
reporting of shipped and received dollars.

Duties include but are not limited too.
Compiling and maintain information and record to prepare purchase orders.
Verify and edit purchase requests as necessary and consult
catalogs and other references to obtain prices and specifications. Contact
vendors and suppliers for quotations, and follow up on outstanding purchase
orders.
Maintain key ERP and Purchasing systems data and ensure its accuracy
relative to key data standards.
Perform clerical function such as sorting, matching and filing according to
specific instruction. Also, receives, classifies, reconciles, consolidates
and summarize documents and information.
Prepare, distributes and receives quote packages for new and current part
numbers.
