Analyzed exception orders, security verification issues, bank file errors,

Magnetic Ink Character Recognition errors and possible fraud orders on

check orders. Issues were resolved by utilizing bank file databases,

interacting with the financial institutions and end customers. Errors were

researched through contact with team members, other departments, and

inbound and outbound calls. Maintained a 99.9% accuracy rate.

. Collaborated with team members to reduce the volume of errors, which

resulted in a streamlined process beneficial to the end customer,

Deluxe's operating cost and reduced the number of orders needing

corrections by 60 %.

. Identified problems with how bank files were being updated and

correct recipient.
