and thrive in any position I have acquired thus far. My employment history covers a variety of areas, each

my Office Information Technology course at Kellogg Community College with a 4.0/4.0 G.P.A. in the class.

I thoroughly enjoy working with the public and feel as though it is what I do best. I am a compassionate

and feel as though I can relate well to people in most situations.
While working as an Engineering Technician, my duties were to retrieve information from various
engineers, and enter their numbers of productivity into an Excel spreadsheet while making graphs to
show the relationship between goals and actual productivity. I also have a great background in Customer
Service. As a customer service associate and point of sale supervisor for Kohl’s Department Store, I had
extensive hands-on time with customers resolving billing issues for their Kohl’s Charge Cards, as well as
resolving issues with everyday sales, returns, and price adjustments.
My previous employers would describe me as a hard worker who is eager to take on any and all
responsibilities given to me. I work extremely well under minimal supervision, and feel as though
teamwork is a must in any career. I can relate to people on a personal level, and feel as though
compassion and communication are key in letting somebody know you understand them.
