multiple roles. Its core role is DSD Delivery Driver. DSD
Delivery Driver revolves around "Route Accounting"
associated with delivering merchandise from a vehicle and
collecting payments. A user processes a tour of customer
visits :
The Route accounting functionality allows the mobile
worker to check materials out of the warehouse, make
deliveries, return to the warehouse to check in returned
materials and collected payments, and, finally, balance
and settle materials and payments. Using a mobile device,
the driver logs all of the tour activities. The driver
views a list of all visits, and for each visit either
performs the necessary activities-sale, delivery, invoice
issuing, cash collection-or updates the customer's status
with a reason code indicating why the visit could not be
performed. The mobile worker can also rearrange the order
of the visits and create new unplanned visits. SAP
Beverage customers benefit from this real-time exchange of
information by improving customer service and overall
competitiveness.

Project ASM and MCO are two independent products. Each of these
products has their own set of services and applications.
Though ASM is built using MCO Framework, ASM has limited
set of applications as compared to MCO. If user has ASM
installed and requires MCO applications and services,
currently user has provision to upgrade the product to
MCO. Remodeling is basically merging of product ASM into
product MCO. The merged product eventually will be WebSAM
MCO. The product WebSAM MCO will have the provision for
the user to install/uninstall ASM also as a separate
component. User can install MCO and ASM together or ASM
can be installed as additional component later on
requirement. In WebSAM MCO, MCO installation will be
mandatory and ASM installation will be optional.
