Just completed a ECA first responder class, so that I can volunteer for

People's Ambulance Service in Deweyville.

Administrative Assistant Skills:

Perform administrative responsibilities for designated groups including but

not limited to copying, travel arrangements, managing calendars by

arranging meetings and/or conferences, maintaining office supplies,

distributing mail, filing/assisting in keeping personnel organized, and

compiling documentation, assisting with correspondence (email and hardcopy)

Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Answer telephones (heavy call volume), send electronic call messages to

employees and/or take messages from callers with prompt delivery to

required individuals.

Assist managers, groups and/or team members with special projects, as

requested

Maintain work area, and assist personnel with office equipment

Compile expense reports and purchasing card statements and double check for

accuracy. Code and process invoices.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to handle a fast

paced office and continuous change.

Ability to work on teams as well as independently and to work with multiple

managers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly motivated. & ability to multi-task.

Experience in organizing large scale work conferences (create

agendas/setting up meeting

facilities/ negotiate room contracts/coordinate flights and ground

transportation.

Event planning/assist with travel

Composes or creates a variety of documents, such as memoranda, letters,

charts, newsletters, tables and other complex documents using word-

processing, spreadsheets, and desktop publishing software.

Prepares agenda for meeting, schedules meetings, records and distributes

minutes of meetings.

Handles travel arrangements for supervisor and other office personnel.

Orders supplies, arranges for repair of equipment and maintains inventory.

Generate monthly usage reports for Xerox copies, postage and long distance

Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Micros tapes and

journals to breakdown revenue, covers, waiters fees, tips paid out, and

settlements by type and cashier.

Run audit reports and journals from all credit card and computer systems.

Input revenue, expenses, and allowance to generate required daily reports

such as the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary.

Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files, and

reset the system for the next days operations.

Make corrections and adjustments and handle any computer issues that may

arise.

Ensure all necessary documents, reports, vouchers, and copies are complete

and filed properly.

Prepares monthly and quarterly financial reports for department management.

Reconciling bank accounts, posting to and balancing general or subsidiary
