I am a high energy professional trainer and coach with innovative and
creative ideas for business solutions. My ability to partner and coach all
levels of management and staff in an organization is a key strength and
value I add to an organization. I have the ability to motivate and inspire,
and focus on the individuals while maintaining the corporate view. I am a

on Work Life Integration. The session utilizes a video created, produced

some of the Shell businesses in the U.S. - Shell Chemicals, Shell
Trading, and Shell E&P.

exempt staffing -- mentor program, temporary services management, titles
framework, learning lunches, internal placement for non exempt, as well
as other programs.

Business Systems Analyst September 1994 - June

. Lead the development and delivery of hands-on application training for
the Pipeline's business customers (Shippers, Operators) on the Koch
Exchange product. The focus provided business process education with an
emphasis on the system as an enabler. This effort was provided for 200
customers over a 2-week period. The objective was to provide JIT
training prior to product roll out.
. Designed and coordinated delivery of the Koch Exchange User Manual.
Coordinated efforts of documentation and graphics development, as well as
customer requirements for the documents.
. Responsible for project planning, issue resolution, staffing and guiding
the design and development for the Volume Allocation, Billing and Balance
Settlement areas of the system.
. Initiated, designed and delivered team communications (newsletters,
project status) as well as company wide communications on the status of
the project, hints and tips, motivational messages tied to the vision of
the project and the company.

. Designed and developed new team member orientation which was instrumental
in assimilating new employee, as well as contract, staff into the project
team on an 'as needed' basis. The objective was to provide history,
overall business and system views, as well as milestones and set
expectations for the remainder of the project.
. Key role in requirements definition for the Customer Settlement portion
of new application for the gas transportation business. This included
Volume Allocation, Billing and Settlement portions of the Gas
Transportation process. This project moved the transportation systems
from the Model 204 Mainframe environment to Client Server.

. Managed a staff of 4 programmer/analysts whose responsibility was solely
to support and enhance the U-NITE product for our external customers.
The product resided on the customer's PC and has a dial in capability to
inquire as well as send information to KGPC. The team enhanced, as
well as maintained the product for the customers (Shippers and Operators)
for KGPC.
. Responsible for the managing, design, development and implementation of a
new nomination process. The project team consisted of 12
programmer/analysts with a budget of approximately $500,000.
. Responsible for the support and enhancement of the Transportation
Contracts and Volume Control applications and the initial design and
implementation of the electronic customer system, U-NITE. Managed a team
of 5 - 6 programmer/analysts.
