Employee Experience:

Joiner Enterprises August 2002 – present. I have been working with children for the last 8 years while

driving the school bus for the Marshfield School bus contractor. Included in my duties as a school bus

driver are: dealing with discipline issues, developing and implementing behavior plans, and speaking one-

on-one with parents about many different kinds of issues. When working with parents or students I

always use the utmost professionalism and adhere to all privacy policies.

Skills and Activities:

I am currently a substitute teacher for the Marshfield R-1 school district. In addition, I currently volunteer

for the program Community Helpers Assisting Marshfield Public Schools (CHAMPS). While

volunteering for CHAMPS, my primary duty is assisting the teachers. Recently, I was asked to tutor a

student who needed extra academic assistance. I have worked one-on-one with this student for a couple

months to help aid in his learning.
