Directed, planned and organized IT services for healthcare organization
comprised of multiple critical care facilities, corporate offices, and
approximately 400 employees. Areas of responsibility include: IT service
desk, infrastructure availability, monitoring, security, desktops, and end

. Oversaw two year enterprise-wide overhaul of technical infrastructure

Directory, SQL Server, Exchange, Sharepoint, etc). Utilized primarily
