aspects of maintaining the academic records of all former and present students of
Harlingen High School, Analyzed each current student’s record to ascertain that the
student would meet graduation requirements, Analyzed the academic record of each
transfer student and created an online file of the past academic records for that
student incorporating the subjects and grades into the Harlingen CISD format.
Audited each transcript of eleventh grade students both in the summer and spring to
assure that student had completed or was enrolled in classes to accommodate
completion of the current graduation requirements, provided transcript information
as requested by the new school of each withdrawing student, maintained correct
grade point average for each student, worked closely with the research department
of the school district to identify and correct problems associated with the transcripts
and grade point averages, maintained a list of all current students by grade
identifying their current ranking in the class as determined by the grade point
average, Located and distributed copies of transcripts to former students from the
present back to the founding of the school in the 1920’s, maintained accurate
graduation list for all present and former students, gathered data for the printing of
diplomas and ordered diplomas.
