and absolutely no experience with alternative education. 1 chose to hire

her based on her interview. She has become an excellent secretary,

office manager, and has learned "the ropes" in a school office and in

particular an alternative high school office. She has a gift for working

with high school students, making them feel welcomed. They all have very

warm and caring things to say to her and about her.
