Receiving inspection of raw material. In process

inspection of parts, and first part audits.

Inspection of all vendor received parts, and all

machined parts for Government personnel trailers.

Browning Manufacturing/Archery Division - Morgan,

UT 1993-1998

Quality Control Inspector

Duties included inspection of all materials before

being put into inventory, checking vendor supplies

before assembly, and reading blueprints against all

CNC parts to ensure compliance with specifications.

Checked all first article samples from all inside

and outside manufacturers to be sure they are to

blueprint specifications. Used Venier calipers,

Micrometer, barrel micrometer, dial bore indicator,

height gauge, thread gauge, Deltronic pin gauge,

and radius gauge. Used Rockwell hardness tester

for heat treat specs. Trained in use of optical

comparator.

Materials Handler/Inventory Control

Conveyed materials to and from storage to

designated work areas using forklift and other

equipment. Compiled records concerned with

quantity, cost, and type of material received,

stored, and issued. Responsible for helping to

receive parts and materials, putting inventory to

designated areas, and pulling parts for the

production departments. Certified forklift

operator.

Duties included stocking shelves, handling cash,

ordering supplies, tracking inventory, supervising

employees, and store maintenance.

control procedures to compile records regarding

quantity, cost, and type of material received,

Volvo-GM system both nationally and

Read engineering specifications and blueprints

required to build and install sub-assemblies, rear

and front axels - which included rear springs,
