Project Manager of foodservices at USMC
Headquarters, Arlington, VA. I manage all aspects
of the foodservice operation while adhering to
strict military contractual regulations. My
responsibilities include hiring and supervising all
personnel including managers, supervisors, chief
cooks, grill cooks, storeroom, cashiers, mess
attendants and MCFMIS clerk.

Assistant Manager of a chow hall on Quantico Marine
Corp Base. My responsibilities include supervising
employees with disabilities. They are mess
attendants and responsible for food handling,
serving customers, cashiering, as well as all
cleaning projects. I also over see our partners'
staff which includes cooks and storeroom personnel.
Our goal is to provide food services to the Marine
Corp while following strict regulations including
HACCP procedures. Training all staff members on a
continuous basis is also a necessary part of my
job. I'm responsible for ordering supplies,
receiving subsistence, recording HACCP files and
bookkeeping. Handling government funds and
delivering these funds biweekly is also my
responsibility. In his absence, I frequently
