training is provided for all airmen under his command.
• Edits security teams schedule, reviews coverage reports, and ensures scheduled hours meet workload.
• Controls overtime and reviews duty roster to workload reports as necessary.
• Responsible for authorizing, and issuing valid government ID’s to active military members, their dependents,
and contractors to allow entry into any government facility.
• Ensures Air Force standards are communicated, and motivates all Airmen to meet individual career goals.
• Executes standard operating procedures according to United States Air Force Instructions.
Certified Trainer
• Writes and Schedules all Security Specialists training, tracks training hours, facilitates orientation classes, and
monitors training to ensure Airmen receive required education.
• Ensures all Airmen Personal Information Files are properly maintained with all training paperwork in
accordance with strict Air Force Instruction.
• Trains new Airmen to become certified in their specific area (i.e. patrol, base- entry points) and general
security responsibilities.
