DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ASSISTANT TO THE MD / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Ensures the effective administration of the Managing Director's office

including the efficient organization of his daily calendar (meetings,

events, and etc.) and scheduling appointments.

Manages the MD's travel and business itinerary, hotel and entertainment

bookings and transport. Including travel arrangement for relatives and

friends.

Ensures adequate support is provided for the MD's and senior management

visitors from other parts of the business.

Organizing travel bookings for employees proceeding on annual leave, and

preparing leave memos.

Check documents submitted by departments before submitting the same to the

Managing Director for Approval. Also liaise with Finance department

whenever clarification with regard to financial information is required.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all documents, reports and information

received or forwarded through the Managing Director's Office.

Assisting the MD's and sales management visitors from other parts of the

business ( Austria & Germany )

Perform regular jobs of dictation, typing, filing, email, fax and self-

correspondence.

Acting as Office in Charge when the MD is out for business trip, along with

overall office observance with regards to the employee's attendance and

sales activities.

MARKETING ASSISTANT / SALES SUPPORT
