Attention Johnson and Armel Consulting:
I am pursuing my education in medical coding and I am actively seeking an
administrative job in the medical field. During my research, I was thrilled to learn about your
current opening for a medical receptionist. I have been seeking an opportunity to put my
knowledge and experience in customer service and administrative skills to use in the medical
field. I am looking for a long term position where I can grow as my skills and education advance.
Based on your listed requirements and my qualifications, I believe we would be a good match.
My knowledge of HIPAA compliance and regulations, demonstrated skills using
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), and vast knowledge of medical terminology,
will make me an immediate asset to your company. I am fully competent in operating a multiple
line phone, maintaining and update detailed client records, serving as a link between
management and clients/customers by handling questions and complaints and interpreting the
needs of individual clients as well as many other areas.
I am also dedicated to continuing my education in the field by obtaining certifications in
medical coding and a degree in healthcare reimbursement. I believe you can never obtain too
much knowledge in an area that you love. I am looking for a company that I can advance with
and contribute to their long term success.
I know that there would be a mutual benefit obtained from employment within your
company and I would welcome the opportunity to meet and interview with you to discuss the
needs of your company and how I am best able to meet those needs. Thank you in advance for
your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Rachel Kiefer
