Details of Work Experience:

Underwriter: As an underwriter, I was responsible for the analysis of the

submitted files for Capacity, Capital, Character, Collateral, and

Condition. This includes ensuring that loan requests meet program and

product specifications. When loan request do not meet loan program or

product specifications, I would cross sell more appropriate products that

would meet client needs. In addition I was responsible for communicating my

decision if within my monetary limits, (approval, suspension, denial) to

the appropriate individuals within the company. My additional duties

included upholding lending practices within the company, meeting company

targets for productivity including quality and customer satisfaction, and

sign-off on all conditions ones completed by the client or appropriate

entity. Hand all incoming calls from to client with regards to the status

of their loan and dealt with requests for changes to the approved loans.

Quality Control Auditor: As a Quality Control Auditor, my main duties were

to review both open and closed files from all loan departments for

compliance within the company guidelines and policy and procedures.

Responsible for insuring that files adhere to both state and federal

regulations. In addition I was responsible for reviewing and providing

recommendations to the purchasing agent concerning the acquisition and or

liquidation of loans on the secondary mortgage market by determining the

risk levels of the loan that are to be sold or purchased in the secondary

mortgage market.

Fraud Auditor: As a Fraud Auditor part of my responsibility was to review

files submitted to me via various loan channels within the company. This

review included evaluating the legitimacy and risk of:

Income: Payroll statements, W2's, personal and business tax returns

Financial: Bank statements, 401k statements and investment /portfolio

statements

Legal: Divorce decree, child support, etc.

Other: Credit reports, purchase contracts and other collateral documents

The position also entailed the research of databases via the internet for

additional information of the potential client (i.e. public records,

licensing bureaus) for assistance in marking a determination if further

action should result in the placement of the client on the company's "watch

list" or counsel management on the possible termination of future

transactions of business with the client. Interviewed all parties on the

mortgage transaction.

Client Management Specialist: As a Client Management Specialist, I was

responsible for setting up policy and procedures which included originating

forms and required documentation from the brokers, correspondent lenders

and appraisers for both institution and annual renewals processes. This

process authorized the approved brokers, correspondent lenders and

appraisers to being able to submit loan files and appraisals to the office

for loan approval.
