Management:

. Sole distribution advisor to the Assistant Chief of Staff for a 9000

equipment into a hostile and austere environment.

transportation costs and local distribution services.

information system improvements, material handling equipment,

Supply-Chain Distribution:

. Re-engineered the installation freight distribution operation through

the efficient use of space enhancement and information systems, to

efficiently process over 9000 inbound and outbound deliveries and

shipments weekly and reduced customer wait time (CWT) by 22% in less

than 12 months, with no change in personnel.

. Managed and developed a highly technical skilled team to maximize the

use of Management Information Systems in order to increase

. Coordinated the testing, fielding and training of support personnel on

high-tech, multi-million dollar cargo processing systems and hardware.

operations in support of both Operations Iraq Freedom and Enduring

Freedom.

Transportation:

timely expediting and diversion of critical parts and supplies to the

Department of Defense over $12 million dollars in a 12 month time

frame through the management and constant monitoring of shipments

originating from around the world offered for air transportation into

Afghanistan.

. Ensured over 3000 hazardous, sensitive and oversized shipments were

packaged, packed and transported per the applicable international and

DOT regulations with 0% mishaps.
