Larry is currently Project Manager - Reliability Practitioner

for USC Consulting Group (USCCG). Larry is the SME for USCCG

Maintenance and Reliability Practice. Currently deployed to

facilitate Lean Operational as well as Reliability Centered

Maintenance related projects. Larry has spent the last three

years managing large industrial projects in the United States

and Canada where efforts impacted all areas of the organizations

including: Operations, Management, Maintenance, Engineering,

Safety and Logistics. Clients include: Arcerlor Mittal Steel,

McCain Foods, Abitibi Bowater pulp and paper, Terra Nitrogen,

Cameron Valve, Holten Meats as well as GATX Rail Systems.

Larry's toolbox includes methodologies of continuous improvement

not limited to Lean Manufacturing, Five S, Reliability, Quality,

SPC and Six Sigma. Larry is ranked at the top of his

classification within USCCG.

2003 - 2006 Corporate Manager, Continuous Improvement, Frozen Foods Group

Responsibilities and achievements:

. Manage and influence continuous improvement processes for 7

manufacturing facilities with interaction from hourly

associates to Vice Presidents and Presidents.

include; labor, materials, packaging, and process improvements

at all levels across the Frozen Foods Group.

. Direct and conduct audits of ConAgra's Continuous Improvement

systems in each facility.

for the retail segment of 68 manufacturing facilities.

. Led development of a web-enabled system for collection of shop

ConAgra Frozen Foods Russellville, Arkansas, has 14 production

areas with over 1200 hourly associates. At the time, this

facility manufactured in excess of 32 million cases of finished

meals and food components yearly.

2000 - 2003 Sr. Process Engineer

Responsibilities and achievements:

. Maintain accurate labor levels across 1200 associates, 300+

SKU's and 14 production areas within the Russellville

facility.

. Fully engaged with cost saving initiatives in excess of $6MM.

. Worked in conjunction with all departments within the

facility and organization from product design through

manufacturing.

. Reduce waste and overfill of materials by 2% facility wide.

. Provide product rationalization and improvement opportunities

on a constant basis.

. Develop and promote new product ideas for areas scheduled

less than 75% of capacity.

. Assisted in the direction and development of the "Shop Floor

Control" process for all plants in the Frozen operating

group.

. Served as needed in the roles of supervisor and

superintendent of manufacturing.

. Developed and facilitated problem solving/leadership training

across the Frozen Foods Groups 7 plants.

. Developed "Loss Point Analysis" used to achieve over

$500,000 in savings for one single project.

. Developed a PC based system to determine proper headcount for

job situations based on the MTM process.

standards within the scope of large ammonia refrigeration

systems.
