to the community. These programs are also known as "LENDER WITH A HEART

Attend 3 open houses per month with realtor partners. Purchased open house
yellow and black signs made for an attention getting technique, placed in
strategic areas for the open house. These signs have proven to get more
traffic in open houses then the ordinary open house signs that real estate
agents have in their possession.
