I was the closer for three counties which included working with lenders, realtors, brokers, dealerships and
customers. I did everything from start to finish which included with new order entry, clearing a
commitment, scheduling closing, building a HUD, getting HUD approval, downloading documents,
building legal documents, closing, balancing funds, dispersing funds, paying bills and mailing out
packages. I also did all the Dailey, monthly reports and balanced the escrow bank accounts in between all

companies. I am FDCPA and HIPAA certified. As a trainer I am responsible for manual testing, FDCPA
and HIPAA certifications, role playing, computer training, and side by side training till the new hires are
completely able to work on their own. I also need to maintain my daily collections by working my chain
train and take questions from other collectors and I was still able to be one of the top five collectors
