Responsible for supervision of team of 50 employees who were responsible for producing electro-mechanical attitude horizon

indicators and directional gyroscopes for low-end commuter and business aircraft. Market position was maintained by having

production available from inventory or made to order 10 days. Annual sales were $4.5 million. Responsible for purchasing,

planning, engineering, manufacturing, repair and overhaul, and warehouse. Coordinated efforts to improved manufacturing

efficiencies by 15%. Developed policies and procedures to reduce work-in-process levels to less than 1 day. Implemented

scrap reduction program.
