Participated in task force and joined new shared services team at IBM that resulting in the
absorption of business controls responsibility to our team for IBM US and IBM Canada
Successfully deployed a customer relationship management process to 200 IBM Sales
Professionals resulting in increased revenues and improved backlog improvement and as part
of the process was responsible for the execution and administration of sales metrics
Successfully launched and administered IBM's customer satisfaction process within the Great
Lakes Region of IBM
Managed and administered the IBM Sales Compensation plan for the Great Lakes Region, a
$2B subset of IBM. Worked with IBM Branch Manager on quota methodology and was
responsible for payment of accurate and timely commission payments to the IBM sales force.
Performed procurement activities at one of IBM's first outsourced account.
Coordinated orders and movement activity which included order entry, contractual
considerations, shipping and accounts receivables
