In charge of all aspects of on the job functions on a daily basis. I drove

the company equipment including dump truck, flatbed truck, trailers, skid steer

and forklifts. I gave the crew direction and worked with them, I made sure

jobs were cleanded up daily, materials were there, enough help was there as

well as not to much help. I made sure daily goals were meet or exceeded. I

would go on repairs to find the problems and fix them. We did roofing,

siding, doors, windows, gutters, soffit, fascia and decks.

I started Kameron Hustings Construction because the previous business

name did no longer match my capability of the work I could do. I did

trim work, decks and small additions. I am still a sole-proprietorship

business doing all daily tasks which include for the most part, dealing

with the customer on a level of confidence and respect. I work with the

crews from day to day teaching and learning new ways of getting the job

I was a sole-proprietorship business, everything was done through

myself. I took the calls and went on the estimates, I found the right

crews and worked with them through the entire job. I did my own books

and payroll after each contract, so from start to finish, and top to

bottom I know what went on. I have done everything from putting tar on

a vent nail to completely removing all rafters and fabricating new

ones. I have done work for myself as well as Perform Contracting of

MN., The Priesler Company, Zehm Brothers Construction, and Needham

Re-Roofing. Needham also sub-contracted me for inspections from

June-Sept. 1999.

repairs, reports and inspections.

hundreds of thousands of bagels monthly.

My duties in the summer months was to take the crew to the jobs and

perform the daily needs including, cutting grass, raking lawns, and

cutting trees. During the winter I would drive plow trucks and watch

the sidewalk crews to make sure the sidewalks were clean and stairs were

salted.
