Answer Meridian multi-line phone system and direct calls to

appropriate person or take detailed messages for same. Answer current

client information if possible or re-direct calls to appropriate

personnel. Handle both dial-in and dial-out phone contacts with tact

Maintain client database of 65,000, adding and updating constantly

production company, and the client.

Submit customer product brochures to catalogs, track responses, and

forward information to clients.

Prior to commercial airing, update answering service of product

information.

Mass fax clients press releases to selected listings of nationwide

newspapers and magazines. Respond to editor's request in a timely

manner: send samples and digital pictures as requested by

publications.

Maintain progress status of ongoing advertising and sales set-up for

new clients.

Organize office/employee meetings.
