I was responsible for +/- 33 client companies with +/- 1,500 employees. I
evaluated the human resources and employee relations service support needs
of the small business client, developed and managed client service plans,

retention. I was laid off in a company wide restructuring of client service
support operations that resulted in a 5% company wide reduction in force.

I managed 18 direct and indirect reports, inclusive of five HR managers. My
HR teams provided full generalist support for 1,300 employees covering the
north and south central United States and our Canadian, Mexican, Caribbean,
and South American locations-- 28 Avnet locations. Avnet, Inc. is a

Significant Contributions:
Management counseling. Acted as a business partner to provide guidance and
counseling to all levels of management on employee coaching, counseling,

Change management. Successfully helped manage the transitions resulting
from three companies being acquired and integrated into Avnet, and one
internal business model restructure.

before I joined the company. This division staff position was a generalist

I managed the third union organizing attempt of my career.
