. Responsible for signing up new dealerships and building strong
relationships for repeat business. This was a newly created
position due to increased amount of car loan activity.
. Prepared End of Month reports and lists detailing amount of
business completed with each dealership.
. Reconciled data, conducted quality assurance reviews, evaluated
appraisals and ensured data integrity.
. Collected all necessary documentation required to make a credit
decision on each loan file.
. Ordered all information and documentation necessary to complete the
loan application from third party vendors and/or customers.
. Took care of turndowns, preparing appropriate documentation to
customers while documenting in system.
. Excelled in organizing new department and was responsible for
creating Excel spreadsheets for each dealership and recording of
monthly transactions, something that had not been done before.

. Took phone calls for those applying for loans and initiated
application process.
. Provided customer with explanation of rates and credit report
results and took loan from start to finish, preparing all paperwork
associated with loan.
. Handled tax, title and license - this area was discontinued in
2008.
