sales of $225 million with a team of 10 account managers based in Mexico
and USA.
. Executed a strategy to improve profitability while expecting to
maintain nearly all volume via:
. Improved overall profitability by $15 million annually on existing
contracts.
. Awarded $25 million new business on 4 programs, all over 10% profit.
. Obtain product exclusivity agreement with unique marketing program
with Polaris ATV's.
. Revitalized the sales team: added and replaced several new account
managers in the USA and Mexico.
. Global Sachs divisional lead on Ford, active member of the cross

2007
Director Sales and Business Development - Ford NA Chassis
Reporting to Vice President of Ford Global Sales. Initially responsible
for $781 million annual sales of Brake, Suspension and Steering to Ford
North America, including Mazda/AAI with a team of 9 (Sales Managers and
Account Managers). Due to first NA electric steering awards, reorganized
during final 1 years: $545 million annual Brake sales with a team of six.
. Secured $229 million new, incremental Brake sales and $373 million
in replacement business. Ford
was the largest global TRW customer and Ford NA Brakes had the greatest
sales revenues.
. Developed and executed the strategy to secured TRW's first Roll
Stability Control on Econoline resulting in $6.8M engineering
reimbursements which lead to several TRW patents and the Ford
Technical Achievement Award. This successfully positioned the award
of TRW's first RSC and Actuation program with Mazda J50 in Japan and
Ford U38x NA programs.
. Recovered $17M in annual raw material cost escalation (cast iron,
steel, aluminum).

Sales Leader - Ford Light Truck
One of 3 newly created positions, reporting to the Vice President of Ford
Global Sales. Overall customer responsibility including Sales policies for
Bosch, Ford Light Truck programs that included all three product divisions:
Brakes, Electrical (wipers, fans, and navigation), Powertrain (fuel
injectors).
Sales Manager - Ford Light Truck Brakes: reporting to the Ford NA Brake
Sales Director. Final responsibilities included $550M annual brake system
sales with four direct reports. Original responsibility included both
Light Truck and SUV with a total of nine account managers as well as
European Transit Van program. Upon securing the largest brake award at
that time, growth supported the formation of two separate groups.
. 04MY F150 pick-up truck award, Bosch's largest and most complete NA
Brake system including the first light truck anti-lock brake
application. $450M annually, including tier II brake related
components.
. Retained the 99.5MY F150 pick-up truck business, including
incremental rear rotors totaling $200 million. Several team
members awarded the 1998 Ford Light Truck Significant Achievement
Award.
Account Manager - Chrysler: responsible for $132 million in annual sales
to the Small and Large Car Platforms. Added responsibility for the
Liberty Advanced Engineering Group.
. Secured Neon 2000 actuation business that represented $21 million in
annual sales.
. Recovered over $7 million in outstanding tooling orders.
ITT Automotive (currently Continental-Teves), Auburn Hills, MI
1990 - 1994
Sales Manager - Aimco
Reporting to the General Manager with one direct report. Responsible for
Tier II and aftermarket sales of stamped steel brake shoes with annual
sales of $19 million.
. Reversed the largest customer (Bosch) decision to desource Aimco,
which represented approximately 47% of the overall sales for 1993.
. Implemented a new sales strategy to diversify and grow the customer
base resulting in an overall sales increase of over 12% in 1993 and
1994.
Account Manager - Teves: responsible for $70 million in Tier I and Tier II
brake sales including ABS, calipers and boosters to the Japanese
transplants. Honda and Mazda were the major accounts.
. Secure the first NA ABS program with a Japanese customer on the Honda
Accord.
. Successfully grew both the Tier II and OEM business, resulting in the
creation of a new, stand alone Tier II account manager position.

Graduate of GE's intensive 18 month Technical Sales Program: rotating to 2
field offices and 1 manufacturing plant assignment. Responsible for $1
million in electrical sales to industrial OEMs. Increased original

profits.
