I am a responsible, ambitious, goal-oriented person whose commitment
to excellence and dedication to the pursuit of high standards has
resulted in commendable academic, personal, and professional
accomplishments.
As an undergraduate at Saginaw Valley State University, I was
appointed to the Dean's List for the 2007 winter semester. Since
beginning my law enforcement career, I have sought additional
investigative training and experience in interview and interrogation,
domestic violence and drug enforcement. I have over fourteen years of
police experience, four of which as a university police officer at
SVSU. These experiences have provided me a firm foundation upon which
I have the ability to conduct investigations thoroughly.
WORK HISTORY

I perform office and secretarial duties, maintain security inside the
school and on school grounds, assist the director on day to day tasks,
and handle student discipline. I conduct student enrollments and I
interview students concerning discipline. I make the appropriate
consequence resulting in possible suspension, and I make daily contact
with the parents.
Police Officer, Saginaw Valley State University Police November
2004- October 2009
Perform general patrol duties including criminal investigation and
traffic enforcement on the campus of SVSU utilizing the community
policing concept. I am often involved in administrative capacities
such as a court officer.
Police Officer, Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Police June 1995-January
2005
Perform general patrol activities involving traffic enforcement,
criminal investigations, and community relations. Work independently
and as a supporting officer in criminal intervention, emergency
medical assistance and civil disobedience. Additional training and
experience in follow up investigation of criminal incidents. I also
served as court liaison for department, and sought warrants at the
prosecutor's office. I served two years on the Bay Area Narcotics
Enforcement Team where I investigated numerous drug crimes and
reports. I worked as a school liaison officer for ten elementary
schools and one high school. I served as the department domestic
violence officer. I have experience in working as a dispatcher and
working the front desk.
