As a Human Resources professional, I provide creative, measurable,
cost-saving solutions to statutory governance, employee relations, training
& development, and strategic work force initiatives. With applicable
educational attainments, relevant certification, and diverse professional
experiences, I have a thorough understanding of organizational structure
and benchmark business practices.

I've demonstrated strong performance management abilities by leading
major organizational change efforts, including the implementation of a $9MM
Human Resources automated data processing system for the agency's 160
departments, producing significant cost savings, while improving
organizational and workforce compliance. Additionally, I designed,
implemented, and administered a benefits driven tax advantaged pension
payout program for both CBU and non bargaining unit workers, resulting in
cost savings of more than $4.1 million over a 3 year period. As a business
leader in a complex workplace environment of more than 8,500 workers of
varied educational backgrounds, I had opportunity to work in partnership
with all levels of the organization's workforce.
I have labor / employee relations experience including administrative,
operational, and negotiations aspects of a 5,000-member professional union
and 2,500-member clerical, maintenance, and technical workers union. I'm a
proven problem solver, critical thinker, and self-starter; I work well in
both collaborative and self-directed settings, and am comfortable in
supportive, administrative, or leadership capacities. I've built and
continue to maintain effective working relationships with Senior Staff
members, Executive personnel, Bargaining Unit Officials, professional-
technical workers, and external stakeholders. I'm accustomed to multi-
tasking day-to-day activities and leading subordinates to complete project
timelines in an expeditious manner.
