LEADERSHIP and MANAGEMENT SKILLS:

• Understand problems and points of view and communicate on broad range of technical disciplines to resolve technical, commercial, and regulatory issues.

Background Summary

Mr. Dreikorn has held numerous Acquisition and Program Manager and Integration Engineering positions pertaining to U.S. Intelligence and DoD Information Systems acquisition activities. Mr. Dreikorn holds a Secret Compartmented Information (SCI) level clearance maintained by the National Security Agency (NSA). Excels at management of customer/client expectations.

Mr. Dreikorn retired from the U.S. Marine Corps in 1997 with a 20 year active duty career.

Recent Responsibilities

• 2011- Present Technical Director-Advisory Staff, provides managerial and technical direction to a staff of multi discipline technical professionals across multiple contracts. Supports corporate technical objectives through co-chairing a Center for Excellence (COE). The COE supports retraining, mentoring and education enhancement through the formulation, creation and execution of knowledge libraries, providing enhanced professional certifications for enhancement of corporate objectives. Provide technical guidance to corporate leadership.

• 2009 – Present (Concurrent), Senior Acquisition-System Engineer/Manager, provides project management, acquisition and engineering support to an ACAT 1 SIGINT program; prepares, develops, plans & coordinates acquisition management and engineering activities and plans as a Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance Contractor (SETA) with sub tasks primarily to provide guidance and support managing Multi tasked (Multiple Technical Task Orders with in one or more contracts) to a Program Management Office (PMO). In this capacity served as the liaison between Federal Government and commercial contractors to manage expectations related to cost schedule and contract performance.

Past Responsibilities

• 2008 – 2009, Senior Program Manager supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Security Systems Joint Program Office (NSS JPMO) Client; developed an acquisition strategy for a new Top Secret Network; assisted Engineering Team with creating a Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Operational Requirements Development (ORD) documents; liaison between Government offices and officials within the DHS Offices of Chief Information Officer (OCIO); assigned as Risk Manage; developed processes and training and advised the PMO Director in the capture, assessment, monitoring and mitigation of programmatic risk for individual programs within the PMO.

• 2007 – 2009, Managed acquisition-related activities for a Joint Service Biological Detection program transitioning from pre Milestone A through pre-Milestone B activities; developed/coordinated Single Acquisition Management Plan (SAMP), Concept of Operations (CONOPS doctrine), Architecture Operation and System View products, coordination between Military and Civilian Government Acquisition professionals, support contractors from both Government and Industry in the development of Test & Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and System & Engineering Master Plan (SEMP) documents, request for information (RFI), request for proposal (RFP), Government Acquisition Strategy and contract development / award activities;

• 2001 - 2006, Managed projects pertaining to Information, Knowledge Management Technologies and general technology acquisition and integration programs for various branches of the DoD; performed technical writing, systems assessment and evaluation, program development-management, customer relations, procurement and leadership and administrative duties and programmatic compliance with quality control directives such as ISO and CMMI. Managed multiple subcontractor contracts.
