Install, troubleshoot and repair pharmaceutical packaging and
manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and repair all facilities
equipment (motor control centers, HVAC units, Building automation,
pneumatic and hydraulic equipment). Maintain all utilities in the
complex (electrical, water, steam and compressed air). Work with
engineering department to complete projects throughout plant. After
hours on call repair. Computer Maintenance Management work order
system. CGMP, FDA and OSHA documentation regulations. Fill-in

Key Achievements:
. Installed PLC's and SCADA system in USP water area to allow
network and wireless communication for troubleshooting and to
archive all data to severs for FDA compliance.

to building automation
. Edited programs in PLC for waste water treatment area for more
efficient system for alarming and to archive data. control of
pumps and mixers also added automatic alarms to pagers for on
call.
