Medical Assisting Externship - Interviewed patients to obtain medical
information and measure their vital signs, weight, and height. Showed
patients to examination rooms and prepared them for the physician. Recorded
patients' medical history, vital statistics and information such as test
results in medical records. Helped physicians examine and treat patients,
handing them instruments and materials or performing such tasks as giving
injections or removing sutures. Prepared treatment rooms for patient
examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean. Cleaned and sterilized
instruments and disposed of contaminated supplies. Hooked OB patients to
fetal heart monitors for stress testing, and assisted with ultrasounds.

Order pallets and corrugated for the plant. Measured and recorded tools and
