• Responsible for making multi-level mold insert with high aspect ratio complex micro structures using Cu and Si

as base plates emphasizing surface modifications, improvising x ray exposure for multiple heights.

• Responsible for preparing optical masks, X ray exposures using XRLM 1 and XRLM 3 beam lines, UV exposures

using UV exposure stations.

• Analyzing the samples using various metrological equipment’s like Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM),
