Project entailed the combining of both systems and operations

personnel, integration of data, networks, security and support

technology. Delivered integration on time and under budget. Ensured

project met audit and SOX requirements as identified by Ernst and

Young.

0. Completed the preparation of an SLA (Service Level Agreement) in

order to provide infrastructure and support services for corporate

spin-off. Services include 24x7 system availability, network,

storage, disaster recovery, database administration and help desk.

0. Completed an initiative to virtualize 100+ Windows servers

(development and production) to a reduced footprint of ESX servers,

which reduced maintenance and power requirements and improved uptime

for users through enabling the creation of duplicate operations

environment at our disaster recovery site. The entire production

environment is supported within the virtualization (VMWare) setup.
