Young.

0. Completed the preparation of an SLA (Service Level Agreement) in

order to provide infrastructure and support services for corporate

spin-off. Services include 24x7 system availability, network,

0. Completed an initiative to virtualize 100+ Windows servers

(development and production) to a reduced footprint of ESX servers,

which reduced maintenance and power requirements and improved uptime
