My duties include maintaining the employee and client databases, reviewing

and submitting payroll paperwork from the field staff weekly, serving as

liaison between field staff and The Support Center to handle insurance,

worker's compensation, payroll and accounting issues. I monitor medical

assistance eligibility daily for authorizations and when a client becomes

non-eligible contact the family, field staff and medical assistance when

appropriate. I schedule and coordinate psychiatric evaluations for our

clients and prepare the necessary paperwork prior to the appointment. I

enter, generate and distribute our weekly performance reports reflecting

contract hours vs. delivered hours. I advise co-workers on procedures and

paperwork requirements as needed. I prepare the client files for storage

once they have been discharged from our program. I also complete

administrative duties to include maintaining our filing system, answering

the telephone, responding to incoming correspondence, e-mails and faxes and

typing letters and internal memos as needed. I also process the income and

outgoing mail for the office. When needed I complete registration forms

for the client evaluations for our Managed Care provider, review

authorizations packets to be sent to the state seeking approval for the

continuation of services for our clients, and review and process incoming

client evaluations.

October 2006 - July 2007, I was not working during this time period, due to

my daughter being treated by a specialist in Iowa for a club foot. We

returned to Pennsylvania once her treatment was completed and I returned to

my position with Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.

October 2005 - June 2006, I worked part-time through a temporary agency

while seeking a full-time employment.

May 2002 - October 2005, Intake Officer, County Of Lebanon, Domestic

I initially was hired as a telephone clerk. My duties included answering

incoming calls, providing customer service, and directing the call to the

appropriate staff member when needed. I was promoted within the first two

weeks to an Intake Clerk position. My duties then included processing

court orders and additional paperwork from the Intake Officers to be filed

with the courts and mailed to the appropriate parties, processing the

financials for Master Orders, answering incoming calls, returning telephone

calls and providing customer service to our clients and attorneys. After

three months I was promoted to Fiscal Assistant. My duties included adding

and updating employer information, processing direct deposit requests from

our clients, maintaining our "hold's" list so money would be distributed

correctly, filling in and help train the clerical staff, processing the

more difficult financial orders and processing IRS interceptions. My last

promotion was to Intake Officer. The duties included seeing clients on a

daily basis to determine whether a client had grounds to file for support,

modification or termination. If so, filing the appropriate paperwork, if

not, explain to the client why and what other options they may have

available to them, answering incoming calls and returning telephone calls

to our clients, attorneys and other courts, answering requests made through

patrons, filling in for bartenders, wait staff and host positions,

maintaining fiscal records of the daily sales receipts and completing

monthly records for the owners, typing the menus, special sheets,
