P rofessional Experience
Worked on the Trailer unload/push team and in the Backroom. On the Trailer
u nload/push team I unloaded and sorted the nightly t railer. I was responsible for
bowling out all the products, as well as push the items to their designated areas.
A ny i tems that didn’t fi t they would then become back stock, and I would bring
t hem to the backroom and repeat this process until the entire store was
replenished. When I worked in the Backroom I was responsible for organizing and
p lacing items into designated areas.
2009 TBC-The Ba r r icade Company
Worked as the Warehouse Lead and Sign maker. I was responsible for the daily
operations in the warehouse which included receiving and unloading materials from
vendors and main branch. I was also responsible for preparing orders for customers,
p utting together t rench shores, and making custom signs. To perform these duties I
was t rained to operate a forklift, and a vinyl printer.
2008-2009 WhiteCap Construction Supply
Worked as a warehouse worker. I was a responsible for pulling t ruck delivery orders,
w ill calls, shipping and receiving, and I working production. These responsibilities
i ncluded preparing power tools, generators, and cutting materials to customer
specifications, and checking and signing materials being received and delivered. I
a lso led the safety team, which included ensuring that all MSDS safety regulations
were being followed, and were up to date. I provided customer service with product
k nowledge, and assistance in process of ordering and purchasing materials.
2005-2008 Sier ra Point Lumber
Hi red as a yard clerk, and in 2006 was promoted to a hardware associate. I was
responsible for shipping and receiving, restocking, organizing, and managing cleanliness of
l umber yard. Assisted customers with locating, purchasing, and loading of merchandise.
