Assistant Office Manager
8/2006 - 8/2008 Digital Video Security, Kettering, Ohio
As Assistant Office Manager for DVS, LLC. I answered
phones, troubleshot with clients, prepared quotes,
invoiced, developed databases and logs, processed work
orders, ran call lists for telemarketers, & ran credit
checks on prospective clients. I was also in charge of
stocking equipment and returning merchandise as well as
ordering all office equipment. I also created many of the
forms that were used on a daily basis. I also prepared much
of the correspondence from the owner. I was liaison between
our company and Verizon on all company phones and accounts.
I conducted several group and private interviews and did
some of the hiring when instructed.

I was the primary person for purchasing, receiving, sales
order entry and billing info into our corporate software. I
also handled multi line phone answering, copying, and
faxing. I handled many vendor meetings. I prepared payroll
for our office to be sent to corporate. I ran our company
expense account. With help from IT support at corporate I
maintained the computers at our office location. I was
involved in inside sales, quoting, and customer relations.
During my time in this position I developed a strong report
with our customers and put 100% into their satisfaction. I
created most of the forms we used in our office as well as
recreated current forms in use.
Customer Service / Sales Associate
2/2001 - 1/2003 Wal-Mart, Huber Heights, Ohio
At Wal-Mart I worked in their Radio Grill as a sales
associate. I prepared food for customers, & ran the cash
register. I was trained to order product and supplies as
well as manage inventory for our department. I was also
cross-trained as a cashier.
Customer Service Representative
9/1999 - 3/2000 Kroger, West Carrolton, Ohio
This position was a customer service position in which I
was required to deal directly with customer complaints and
needs. I answered phones on a multi line phone system. I
was responsible for the end of night cash count and
reconciliation of the cash drawers. I was responsible for
scheduling and maintaining the front-end employee breaks.
My job duties also included cashiering, check cashing,
processing money orders & delegating tasks to those under
me.
