Objective: I am looking for an Administrative Position that is challenging
and exciting.
Work History: Lead Dispatcher at Language People Inc.: Dispatch Foreign
Language and ASL Interpreters to locations when needed. Receive Dispatches
from Customers. Receive calls on a many Line Phone System taking over 300
calls a day. Handle all pay rates for interpreters, including mileage and
hourly rates. Handle interpreters when they are late to an assignment, or
lost getting to an assignment. Work with Customers about complaints, and
helping to resolve all complaints. Find State and Federal Bids the Company
was eligible for. Fill out and make ready bid packets for signature and
mailing. Any projects my Manager asked of me.
2008: File Clerk/Service Cashier at Manly GMC. Duties
included filing all paperwork from the dealers into the deal jackets for
each customer, filing deal jackets into the drawers, maintaining previous
years records, reporting cars sold to the DMV, A/R, cashiering, posting,
coding and posting Internals, entering and closing PDIs, posting PDI
credits, filing Dealer Trade paperwork, filing Dealer Trade jackets, filing
wholesale paperwork and jackets, double checking the 8300 schedule,
balancing the cash schedule, balancing the internal schedule, closing
repair orders, closing part tags, balancing the money from the day, and any
other projects that may be asked of me.
2007-2008: Cash Room Attendant at Gottshalks. Duties
included counting bags from previous day, creating check deposits, creating
cash deposits, sorting and filing any media from the registers,
administrative duties, like, answering phones, helping customers, fixing
problems with the customer bills, and any other duties asked of me by my
manager.
2003-2007: Working as Office Assistant at Rose
Lambert's Bookkeeping. Duties included entering checks, balancing cash
receipts, balancing bank statements, accounts payable, assisted in payroll.
2004-2005: Working as an Administrative Assistant at VCB
Acoustics. Duties included, data entry, accounts payable, insurance,
workers comp, and union paperwork, prelien notice preparation, assisted
with payroll, invoicing, and general office duties.
Summer 2005: Shelver at Barns and Noble. I shelved books and did
customer service when store opened. Worked fast paced, and efficient.
Summer of 2004: Working Student at Oakridge Training Center,
working under Yves Sauvignon. Duties included feed, turn-out, grooming for
trainers, minor wound care (when needed), lessons everyday on jumping and
dressage with Amy, working with the clients to work with the horses.

Piner High School: General Diploma.
MMIEC: Certificate of Massage Therapy, including 3 months (700
hours) of actual massaging supervised by a vet tech. Business Management
Course, including business plans, banking, taxes, and investing. Riding
Master 1, 2 and 3, with honors, including Teaching, Training, and Riding
two hours a day. Over 70 hours of supervised instructing in the arena with
fellow students as the students I was teaching. Practice writing lesson
plans on dressage, jumping, and western riding lessons, plus lesson plans
on Safety in the Barns.
