Wrongful Arrest ALL THESE EVENTS HAPPENED WITH FULL

Nov 9 2009 KNOWLEDGE OF MY MENTAL HEALTH CONDITION

Nov 10-12 2009 Breaking & Entering Unchecked by Police as remaining items were put in semi

All vehicles put on street with frontloader at request of Skisos unchecked by

police

Nov 12 2009 Box trailer was stolen

Went to the hoslital for pnuemonia and torn muscles throughout midection and

Nov 12 2009 wrist

Nov 13-27 2009 Bedridden by Drs orders

Nov 28 2009 Invited to live with Silvia and went there to help move her entire house

Dec 2009 Recovered the box trailer empty except for debris and a few items

Confronted Matt Clarke and made him return a flat trailer full of my things

Landlord and Silvia proceeded and were aided by the sheriffs dept in pattern of

harrassment including

Sheriff telling landlord that I was a car thief and they were trying to bust me

witnessed landlords agent cutting off pge without light or heat or hot water

tore down entire fence around my yard with frontloader

came in the house illegally under false inspection

stole personal possessions

28 x in 6 weeks they called sherrif though no report was made as there was never

an incident

they locked the gate so I couldn’t get to my house except walking past theirs

put a dead bird on their porch with a note that said youre next, said I did it and got

a restraining order

locked gate to property tho I was the only one without a key

my dog and I were attacked by their dog walking past t heir house

declared Sheriff refused to allow at the scheduled time to retrieve my personal property

incompentant after eviction

court gave me a Seargent and deputy refused to allow me to make a report when neighbors

pamphlet photographed B&E of semi trailer

that listed

homeless shelters saying that if I called 911 I would be arrested for false reporting

but had no real

help stole everything I owned in house and semi

March I finally secured housing in a clean & sober house for mentally unstable people

Sheriff came and arrested my husband AFTER I HAS MET WITH HIS OFFICER

AND TOLD HIM WE WERE GOING THERE

Sheriff came twice more and arrested me for failing to appear on first case which

is false & FTA on suspended license

Low and behold I got evicted as a result

vam now homeless, have been robbed on nearly everything I own, am severely

depressed and cannot trust authorities
