including personal care, implemented all aspects of ISP, built an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect,
planned and accompanied individuals on community outings, assisted with budgeting, administered
medications, attended meetings as part of the Interdisciplinary Team, attended regular trainings (related to
individuals with MR, behavioral supports, and county/state/federal regulations), devised and implemented
goal plans, raise client self-esteem through helping them learn new things and succeed at these
undertakings.
