Create site speci?c and prototypical designs for city-wide implementation

of sustainable (LID) stormwater management practices in Fullerton. Design

strategies address stormwater concerns while promoting education, urban

revitalization, and community enhancement. Conduct feasibility analysis

based on local, as well as regional, opportunities and constraints relating

to current and potential stormwater applications. Analysis includes, but

is not limited to: NPDES permit requirements, hydrology, soils, water

supply, water quality, ecological impact, climate, demographics, land use,

LID performance, and cost analysis.
