Job duties: Operate production systems for the processing of raw milk into concentrated

skim milk and pasteurized cream. Test product samples, ensuring they are within plant

specifications. Perform cleaning of plant systems at end of production runs. Test chemical

concentration levels for washes. Perform repairs on pump seals, leaking gaskets, air lines,

and chemical lines. Handle bulk chemicals, chemical drums, and chemical pumps. Operate

Yard Dog t ruck for moving milk tankers, loaded and unloaded, on plant property. Fill out

system charts at end of shift. Verify and print bill of lading (BOL) information for load outs.

Supervise and direct plant milk receiver on same shift. Maintain plant cleanliness.
